Open day at Ross-on-Wye Fire Station
The open day will take place on Saturday 25 May at the fire station in Gloucester Road, Ross-on-Wye, between 11am and 4pm, and everyone is welcome to attend.
As in previous years, there will plenty for all ages to enjoy, and a range of vehicles and equipment on display. Visitors will have chance to experience the smoke house and to watch a series of demonstrations throughout the day, including a dramatic chip pan fire.
Those attending will be able to pick up a range of home fire safety advice, as well as information on road safety and water safety. There will also be refreshments and other activities on offer.
