Road traffic collision, Fromes Hill

The collision involved a heavy goods vehicle and a car, with two people trapped inside the car.

Two fire crews from Bromyard and one from Malvern attended, along with the Incident Support Unit from Droitwich, and firefighters used heavy cutting gear to release the occupants from the car. Both were then taken by air ambulance to hospital.

Fire crews helped make the vehicles safe before leaving the scene, and the Highways Agency was also called to deal with a fuel spillage on the carriageway.
