Bromsgrove Police and Fire Station to host open day on Saturday

in News

Bromsgrove Police and Fire Station on Slideslow Drive will be opening its doors to the public this Saturday (27 August) from 12pm- 4pm for their annual open day.

Visitors will be able to get a closer look at the fire engines and police vehicles on display and even meet some of the police dogs.

Members of the Young Firefighters Association will carry out an exciting demonstration and there will also be an impressive chip pan fire display.

Bromsgrove Police and Fire Station was officially opened by HRH Princess Alexandra in October 2014 and is the first purpose built multi-agency facility in the UK. The area covered by the station stretches 83.9 square miles and is a mixture of both urban and rural communities.
