Evesham Leisure Centre Flooded

 One fire engine from Evesham attended the incident along with a station commander to find that the basement had been flooded with around 144,000 litres of chlorinated water to a depth of approximately 1.5 metres. Firefighters checked levels of chlorination before isolating mains supplies and investigating the source of flooding.

A site engineer, pool contractor and electrician assisted firefighters at the incident. Once the Environment Agency and Severn Trent were informed, the incident was left was left with the site engineer for safe disposal of any waste water.
