Fire at Sheltered Accommodation Block
Eight people were led to safety following a fire at a sheltered accommodation block in James Close, Worcester, on Tuesday, May 25.
On arrival, at just before 21.30 the crews from Worcester found that there was a small fire in the ground floor kitchen. Two firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel jet to deal with the incident. They then ventilated the property as it was smoke logged. The stop message was given at 21.48.
