  • Firefighters promote water safety in Arrow Valley Country Park

    Just over a year ago, 15-year-old Richard Fellows drowned after swimming with friends in Paper Mill Weir in Arrow Valley Country Park. This week, Redditch firefighters have been promoting water safety in this area and speaking to the public about how they can stay safe.
