The following chart summarises the number of Complaints, Concerns and Compliments received by Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service from the first quarter 2007/2008 (Apr – Jun 2007) to the fourth quarter 2007/2008 (Jan - Mar 2008).
In this twelve month period, there were a total of 24 complaints, 10 concerns and 72 compliments received by the Service. 88.24% were answered within the 10 day timescale in line with our complaints procedure.
