Help & Information for Parents and Carers

Welcome to the section of our website where you will find help and information for parents, carers and children.

We have resources and guidance for:

Education

An evaluation of fire safety education in schools is now underway, in partnership with Worcester University. A temporary suspension of Key Stage 2 fire safety education in schools for this academic year is therefore necessary.

This evaluation will inform whether the time we dedicate to fire safety education in our schools provides long term benefits to our young people, equipping them with lifesaving skills to take with them into their adult lives. The results should be available by the end of August 2014 and will be used to help shape the future of fire safety education in schools.
