I started my career with Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service as a firefighter at Hereford Fire Station in 1999. Since then, I have worked in a number of operational and support roles across different departments.  As an Assistant Director, I was previously responsible for Response before taking on the role for Prevention in April 2023.
