Tell us more about your career in the fire service
I started my career in the fire service in 1998 with West Midlands Fire Service. In 2000, I joined Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service as a firefighter based at Redditch Fire Station. Since then, I have been fortunate to work in various roles across the organisation and also worked alongside police colleagues to deliver collaboration projects. I take an active role in the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE) and have a keen interest in personal development.
