The Safer Roads Partnership in Warwickshire and West Mercia is today launching their 2017 'THINK BIKE' campaign - aimed at motorcycle riders and other road users - to help reduce casualties and deaths on roads across Herefordshire, Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

Today (27 March), Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (HWFRS) has released a comprehensive set of proposals that will enable the first wholetime fire engine at each station to have a crew of five, whilst still making the significant savings required to achieve a balanced budget.

‘The other side of the glass’ - Droitwich Fire Station Community Defibrillator

Droitwich Fire Station has recently made one of its four defibrillators accessible to the public. Three of the defibrillators are located on operational vehicles and the fourth formerly stored in the reception of the training centre has now been moved to 'the other side of the glass' for public access.
