Incident in Park Street, Kidderminster is being scaled down but some restrictions still apply

The significant incident in Park Street, Kidderminster is being scaled down so there are now four fire engines, plus an aerial ladder platform and an incident command unit, on site, so 20-30 firefighters are present compared with 100-plus at the height of the fire.
