How can I report a fire safety concern?

When we receive a report of a fire safety concern we will assess the risk. Generally we will seek to start investigations within 48 working hours of receiving the concern. Often we will investigate sooner if we believe there is a risk of death or serious injury to the public.

Sometimes people wish to remain anonymous when making a complaint. We understand this and we will still investigate. We do, however, prefer a contact name and number so we can feedback to you what we have done. You can be assured of our absolute discretion.
