Community Risk Management Plan 2025 – 2030
Published October 2025
Following a public consultation, Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service’s (HWFRS) strategic plan for 2025-2030, which is known as the Community Risk Management Plan (CRMP) has now been published.
The CRMP is designed to enable the Service to assess all foreseeable fire and rescue related risks, while ensuring it continues to fulfil the legislative requirements placed upon it. The objective of the CRMP is to ensure the appropriate allocation of available resources aligned to Response, Protection and Prevention functions, and to utilise these resources in the most efficient manner to mitigate risk and improve community safety.
