Our Strategic Leadership Board (SLB), led by the Chief Fire Officer, is responsible for delivering the Service strategy. The Board shows enduring and strong leadership, with managers and operational commanders each delivering their parts of the plan. The Fire Authority ensures that our strategy is focused and delivered in ways that are clear and understandable for our communities across the two counties.
