Dear FOI Team,
I’m submitting a short Freedom of Information request as part of a project examining emergency vehicle fleet composition across the UK.
Please could you provide the following information:
- How many vehicles are currently in your operational fleet?
- Of those, how many are:
Fully electric vehicles (EVs)?
Plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs)?
Non-plug-in hybrids?
This data will be used to analyse regional trends in emergency fleet electrification. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

| Fire tenders (including all blue light vehicles) | 66 (Number includes 35 XC60 Volvo hybrids and 1 XC60 plugin hybrid. |

| Mobile Plant and Equipment – Registered | 1 Argo cat |
| Goods carrying vehicles < 3.5 Tons | 24 & 5 on hire |
