Request
I have been commissioned by Worcestershire County Council to write a Wildfire Management Plan for Hartlebury Common, Stourport-on-Severn. As part of the process, it is useful to gain an understanding of past fire activity on the site including wildfires, but any other relevant incident such as a small fire in the open, bin fires or vehicle fires etc. are useful. Are you able to provide a list of incidents in and around Hartlebury Common containing as much of the following information as possible over the past 5 years?
- Date of incident* (date and time of call if possible)
- Location* (W3W, NGR etc.)
- Type* (wildfire, small fire in the open, vehicle fire etc.)
- Size* (ha or m2)
- Duration (hrs/days)
- Impact on social, economic and environmental assets (road closure, evacuation etc.)
- Further details (i.e. who attended the incident, if it was successful supressed etc.)
I appreciate that you may not hold all of this information, so the items marked with an asterix would be very useful as a minimum, perhaps directly from IRS data.
Please do not hesitatate to contact me if you have any questions regarding this request.
Kind Regards
