Freedom of Information Request – Business Rates Revenue Raising: Consultants
Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the following information:
1) Please confirm whether your Fire and Rescue Service have contracted an RICS regulated firm to provide advice in respect of business rates mitigation and appeals on your own properties? If so, we would be grateful for the following information;
- Name of company instructed
- Date of contract award
- Contract expiry

Thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The Service can confirm that the answers to your questions are not held as our property services are contracted to the Police Crime Commissioner and consequently they deal with this task.
