Request

Dear FOI Team,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request salary information for the following senior roles for the last five full financial years: the Chief Fire Officer, Deputy Chief Fire Officer, Assistant Chief Fire Officer(s) and the Chief Finance Officer.

For each of these roles, please provide the basic annual salary for each of the last five financial years, along with details of any pay rises awarded during that time and the reason for each increase (for example cost-of-living, incremental rise, re-grading or any other justification).

Please also provide details of any additional payments made in each of those years, such as bonuses, honoraria, backdated pay, market supplements, acting-up payments or any responsibility or retention payments.

I would also like to know what allowances or benefits were provided each year, including car allowances, vehicle entitlements, housing allowances or any other non-salary benefits.

Finally, please provide the total remuneration figure for each role for each of the five years (salary plus allowances, benefits and pension contributions).

Regards,
