I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request the following information for the Project
“Project Name: Consultancy Services Business Architecture Digital and Data
Reference number: HWFRS/177
- Copy of successful tender – we want this information under freedom of Information act 2000
- Scoring table of all bidders, split by scores awarded for each question of bid
- Price/Cost Proposed by each Bidder – we want this information for all the bidders who submitted the response.
- Name of the Winning Bidder.
- Name & Rank of all bidders who submitted responses.
- Approximate date that the tender will be reissued towards the end of the current contract period.
We expect the responses to all the above questions under Freedom of Information Act 2000

Thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The Service can confirm the answers to your questions as below:
Due to commercial confidentiality we are not able to disclose the successful tenders’ paperwork nor cost/prices of suppliers’ bids.
Under section 41 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act), information is exempt from disclosure if it was obtained by the public authority from any other person and if the disclosure of the information to the public would constitute an actionable breach of confidence by that or any other person. Section 41 is an absolute exemption, which means no public interest test is required when the exemption is engaged.
