Dear Information Governance Team,

Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

I am requesting the financial documents held by Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service for the financial years 2008/09, 2009/10, 2010/11, 2011/12 and 2012/13.

For each of these years, please provide:

The full Revenue Budget report showing the total annual revenue budget, government grant income, council tax precept income, business rates contributions, and any in-year variations, overspend or underspend.

The full Capital Budget report showing total capital expenditure, fleet replacement or vehicle procurement allocations, and any approved capital schemes relating to officer vehicles or fleet upgrades.

The Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP) documents in effect during these years, including projections, assumptions, and any identified funding gaps or growth.

Any Fire Authority or Policy & Resources Committee papers that summarise the annual financial settlement, budget approvals, changes in government funding, or notable financial pressures or savings.

If full committee papers are available separately on CMIS, please provide direct links to the exact documents.

If any document is no longer published online or archived, please supply the saved copies held by the Service.

The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested is held and is as below:

The Revenue Budget report, Capital Budget report and MFTP documents are approved by the FRA at the Full Authority meeting, which is traditionally held each February. The reports can be found at CMIS > Committees > Full Authority. Please select the relevant year and the month of February – All relevant papers and appendices are logged on the agenda page for that Fire Authority Meeting.

The 2008/09 report predates the system and is attached.
