Dear Information Governance Team,

Thank you for your response to my request (ref: FOI 457 01 26).

In order to bring the request within the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 FOIA, I am refining the scope.

Please provide:

1. A list of all “Reviews” and equivalent staffing changes referenced in the Budget Report Staffing Appendices from 1 April 2010 onwards (as referenced in your response).

For each review, please provide:

• The title or description of the review

• The financial year in which it was recorded

• The committee, board, or senior officer body that considered or approved it

2. From that list, please identify which reviews included consideration of:

• Reduction of officer or supervisory posts (Crew Commander and above)

• Restructuring or consolidation of officer/management layers

• Reduction of Station Commander, Group Commander, or Area Commander posts

I am requesting only a list and identification of scope at this stage. I am not requesting full copies of reports within this refined request.

This should fall well within the cost limit.

If any part is refused, please specify the precise exemption relied upon.
