Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide:

  1. Confirmation whether Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service currently holds any recorded planning, budgeting, lifecycle, or capital programme documentation referring to officer vehicle replacement scheduled for 2026 or 2026/27.
  2. The earliest recorded date on which officer vehicle replacement for 2026 or 2026/27 was discussed, budgeted, or included in a capital programme.
  3. The capital programme line(s), including financial year and approved amount, that relate to officer vehicle replacement scheduled for 2026 or 2026/27.
  4. Confirmation whether officer vehicle replacement is currently included in the approved capital programme for 2026/27.

This request relates only to recorded documentation already held and does not require a search of individual email accounts.
