Dear FOI Team,
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide:
- Confirmation whether Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service currently holds any recorded planning, budgeting, lifecycle, or capital programme documentation referring to officer vehicle replacement scheduled for 2026 or 2026/27.
- The earliest recorded date on which officer vehicle replacement for 2026 or 2026/27 was discussed, budgeted, or included in a capital programme.
- The capital programme line(s), including financial year and approved amount, that relate to officer vehicle replacement scheduled for 2026 or 2026/27.
- Confirmation whether officer vehicle replacement is currently included in the approved capital programme for 2026/27.
This request relates only to recorded documentation already held and does not require a search of individual email accounts.

We thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
The Service can confirm that the information that you have requested is partially held and is as below.
