Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but I missed a part of recant information. Please see revised request below:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information held by your Fire and Rescue Service. I request that my name or any contact information is NOT used publicly, NOT logged in disclosure logs, and NOT shared beyond the Freedom of Information handling team.
For the time period from January 2020 to the present day, please provide information relating only to cases of:
- Sexual harassment
- Harassment (non-sexual)
Please present the information broken down into the following two categories:
1. Female Complainant → Male Respondent
For this category, please provide:
- The total number of cases per year
- The nature of each case, categorised (e.g. sexual harassment, harassment)
- Did the individual accused have FBU representation withdrawn?
- The outcome of each case, such as:
- Dismissal
- Final written warning
- Written warning
- Other formal disciplinary action
- No further action following investigation
2. Male Complainant → Female Respondent
For this category, please provide:
- The total number of cases per year
- The nature of each case, categorised (e.g. sexual harassment, harassment)
- Did the individual accused have FBU representation withdrawn?
- The outcome of each case, such as:
- Dismissal
- Final written warning
- Written warning

- No further action following investigation
I am not requesting any personal data or identifying information. Aggregated or anonymised data is sufficient.

We thank you for your request for information, which has been received by Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service (the Service) and considered under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.
