Dimensions: These fire engines are based on the MAN 14-tonne chassis.
Engine: MAN 6-cylinder diesel.
Specialist Information: This is a first-line attack appliance, carrying a crew of up to six firefighters along with firefighting and rescue equipment. This vehicle is also fitted with a touch-screen data system (Mobile Data Terminal or MDT) to allow the crew instant access to information vital for rescue or firefighting. Two of these vehicles have the integrally installed Compressed Air Foam Systems (CAFS) fitted and are strategically located within the Service area.
